in the Gas Industry. The Gas Operations Innovation Alliance leverages
the breadth and depth of the experience of its members to provide unique
and relevant insights on gas utility innovation. Each team member is
a recognized expert in gas distribution and research in new technology
development. Collectively, the Alliance team members’ over 90
years of direct work experience in leadership positions in gas industry
innovation provide clients with an extraordinarily deep understanding
of issues impacting improvements in gas utility operations.
Alliance members have extensive past and ongoing relationships with
gas industry thought leaders and stakeholders and other diverse industry
groups that impact the natural gas industry. Alliance members have had
direct engagements with municipal gas system operators, the leadership
of essentially all of the top LDCs and pipeline companies in the United
States, Canada and overseas, the World Bank, Asia Development Bank,
the International Energy Agency, EPRI, and others.
The
Alliance has a unique “insiders” perspective and understanding
of the gas industry’s changing policies, business issues, and
regulatory environment.
Alliance members have provided decades of leadership to the gas industry
in innovation. From conceiving new product solutions, planning and organizing
R&D programs, to producing results that benefit the gas industry
and its customers. That legacy has included bringing key stakeholders
together to obtain resources and expertise, and to enable the successful
commercialization of new technologies
Alliance team members apply their knowledge of the gas R&D field
and their analytical skills in researching, assimilating, and reducing
complex information into highly useable and actionable information for
